About Us
Problem Gambling Services of Rhode Island (PGSRI) is a non-profit organization offering assessments, treatment , and referrals to those seeking help with gambling problems and the mental health concerns that often accompany them. PGSRI assists people in finding a treatment setting that is comfortable for them, within a private office or in an agency, with or without insurance.

It is important to have a recovery program tailored specifically to you. The most important step is admitting there is a problem.
