Problem Gambling Services of Rhode Island provides resources for training and treatment. Licensed Chemical Dependency Professionals (LCDPs) may obtain a RI endorsement for treating people with gambling disorders. PGSRI provides a thirty-hour training program to meet the qualifications for this endorsement.

Announcements

The Northeast Consortium on Problem Gambling includes representatives from Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and New York. We work collaboratively to address the increasing reach of disordered gambling.

The 2018 RICPG Conference in observance of Problem Gambling Awareness Month will be held March 9th at the Providence Marriott from 8am to 4:30pm. To register, go to www.RICPG.com. CEUs for clinicians and CLAs for legal professionals will be available.
